Waverly Color Company, LLC. was started in March of 2002.
Waverly makes hand-mixed colours for the tattoo trade from powder pigment, distilled water, alcohol and kosher vegetable glycerin.
They expanded their line with Liquid Acrylic Watercolors in 2011.
